- Paul, how would you comment on the fact that the globally known drug is still not available in Ugandan pharmacies? Are you familiar with it?

Yes, I do. Xenoprost Active is a good drug. It really does help you get your potency back, and in the shortest possible time. And we used to sell it. For about a month, then we pulled it off the market. It just became unprofitable for us. I think the same thing happened in other pharmacies.

It is worth understanding that pharmacies are, first and foremost, commercial organizations which, like any shops, aim to maximize income. Yes, we have a list of medicines which must be sold (this list is compiled by the state), but Xenoprost Active is not on it.

- Xenoprost Active didn't sell well?

On the contrary, too good. Even with a high mark-up. But you see, potency enhancers like Viagra give a lot of revenue. Xenoprost Active, on the other hand, restores natural potency. The kind that comes without pills. As a consequence, men no longer go to the pharmacy for Viagra and similar products. They have no need for it. As a result pharmacies incur losses. And the losses are substantial.

And why sell something that is not profitable? Think about it. Yes, it may not be morally right, but it is just business.

Why not sell something that only helps temporarily? That way people will come back.... This is terrible. And most remarkably, this situation is common throughout Uganda. You just can't find Xenoprost Active in Ugandan pharmacies. And not because it doesn't work well, on the contrary, it works too well! However paradoxical it may sound. And there's nothing you can do about it - the laws are on the side of pharmacists.

We asked Professor Sam Nalumansi, a renowned Ugandan urologist, senior physician and head of the Men's Health Recovery Clinic, for a comment.

Professor Sam Nalumansi, MD, considers the actions of the Ugandan pharmacy chains to be despicable. His position is easily explained!

It is true that Viagra only temporarily supports male potency, but in the long run it worsens the situation. Synthetic stimulants are extremely detrimental to male health, in addition to potency, they negatively affect the liver, kidneys and heart. We have been using Xenoprost Active in practice for a long time and have received credible evidence of the effectiveness of this drug. Clinical trials have proven the safety of its natural composition, so I highly recommend using Xenoprost Active rather than synthetic stimulants and not feeding the money-grubbing salesmen.
